Weekly Rhythm for Geography + Art Integration
Use this sample 4-day schedule to bring memory work to life through art, music, food, and story.
Day 1 – Community Day
- Memory work is introduced.
- Tip: Prep and organize your art supplies so you’re ready to start with art tomorrow.
- Print the Around the World study for your chosen country or region.
Day 2 – Start with Art
- Complete an art tutorial from the packet.

- After creating, read aloud from the packet’s history and culture sections.
Day 3 – Deeper Dive
- Visit the library or check digital libraries like Hoopla for books from the packet’s reading list.
- Read together or let children explore independently.
Day 4 – Video & Music
- Watch recommended videos to explore the region visually.
- Listen to music selections included in the study to connect with the region’s culture.
Optional: Weekend Extension – Get to Cooking!
- Choose a regional recipe from the study.
