On the top of this border are rough sky scraper rectangle shapes with windows that are varying sizes and heights. They are colored either dark grey, light grey, yellow, and blue. Under this border is more blue watercolor with faded and blended grey, yellow, tan, and white colors that are the same size and height as the sky scrapers. On top of all of these is a cut out outside of the plate taped on top of the sand and green border. At the end of the plate is drawn matching sand and green pastel colors.
